1 Reservations & Booking

All reservations made through our website, phone, or third-party platforms are subject to room availability. A reservation is only confirmed once a booking confirmation is issued by Varanashi Inn.

• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings without prior notice.
• Varanashi Inn is not responsible for bookings made through unauthorised third-party agents.
• Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable government taxes.

2 Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon) and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may attract an additional charge.

• Early check-in before 6:00 AM will be charged as a full extra night.
• Late check-out after 6:00 PM will be charged as an additional full night.
• Guests must vacate the room by the agreed check-out time to avoid additional charges.

3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a one-night room charge.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
• Non-refundable rate bookings cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

4 Guest Conduct & Hotel Policies

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards other guests, hotel staff, and property. Varanashi Inn reserves the right to remove any guest who engages in disruptive, illegal, or offensive behaviour without refund.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas.
• Pets are not permitted on hotel premises.
• Visitors not registered as guests are not permitted in rooms after 10:00 PM.
• Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest's account.

5 Liability

Varanashi Inn shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the personal belongings of guests. Guests are advised to use in-room safe or the hotel's safe deposit facilities for valuables.

• The hotel is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, or civil unrest.
• Varanashi Inn's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the relevant stay.

6 Amenities & Services

The amenities and services described on our website are subject to availability and operational hours. Varanashi Inn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any amenity without prior notice.

• Swimming pool, restaurant, and EV charging station hours are subject to change.
• In-room dining is available during designated hours; menu and pricing may vary.
• Complimentary car parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

7 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of © Varanashi Inn and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any material from this website is strictly prohibited.

8 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.

9 Amendments

Varanashi Inn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
